The staff were very friendly, helped us with every request. We asked for a decent sized and huge room with beautiful view, a balcony plus comfortable bed and got one.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. A bath in the bathroom. Brilliant location in the middle of the city, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Sa Pa centre.

The view from the room was incredible, overlooking the surrounding rice fields. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The location was great, within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff were helpful and friendly.
